Yes its Lily Allen on the cover and im loving her makeup!

I think the first eye makeup i will be doing this look. so im gunna try and see what ive got and get some stuff to replicate this look for you guys =]. I need some good professional brushes first so i might need to wait till i get some decent makeup brushes.
