I love reviewing Restaurants I visit and since this dinner date was a very memorable and special for me I had to post it on here. Do let me know if you want me to post more of these and i'll be happy to do so.

APPLE'S EYE bar and restaurant, Ghajn Tuffieha

So this is an unusual Tuesday night, where we decided to hit the beach on a Tuesday night in April  (17th to be exact) where the temperature wasn't as hot as we hoped as it was still pretty windy but we had planned to go down to the beach and have a meal after work for food, desserts and wine.

Apple's Eye is a restaurant I used to visit when I was younger nearly every Sunday with my grandparents and since it was a lovely evening we decided to have an early dinner with beautiful beach views. We started off with a beer for the Mr and a non alcoholic cocktail for myself before heading onto starters which were delicious - garlic bread and a pizzetto which was like a mini pizza which Ryan devoured.



THE MAIN DISHES

I wanted something light, so i opted for the Chicken Burger which was lovely and as you can see from the picture above it was MASSIVE! I couldn't eat it all to be honest as it was so filling that I just couldn't fit it all into my stomach. Ryan went for a classic Pizza with salami, chicken and other things mixed into his pizza as it's always custom most of the time - haha. OVERALL the dishes were fabulous, the meals were piping hot, presentation was amazing and also the service was impeccable.

We unfortunately had to skip the beach dessert and wine as it was too windy and too crazy to go down to get blown away so Ryan's plan to have a lovely evening by the beach didn't go to plan... but...... 



 I'M ENGAGED!!!

He planned it all, even though it didn't go as planned. Instead I found the beaut on my bed just as I was tidying up all the things after the meal. I have to admit I was still and in shock for at least 5 seconds and to say the least expect many wedding videos and posts coming your way as I'm so excited to share with you this journey. (sorry for the sweaty/makeup coming off after over 12 hours kinda state - this photo was literally taken as soon as I got the ring on my finger and couldn't wait to send it to all our family and friends)
